Breeden Wike, 20, faces charges of reckless homicide, aggravated reckless driving, disobeying a traffic light, leaving the scene of an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, disregarding a stop sign, and failure to reduce speed following a crash at 12th and Locust that resulted in the death of a Quincy woman.
A Payson man was killed Thursday night when his pickup hit a telephone pole on South Washington.
Five vehicles were involved in a Saturday evening crash with one fatality and three people being taken to Blessing Hospital.
The driver of the other vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of those involved as well as additional traffic crash information will be released pending notification of relatives and further investigation by the Illinois State Police.
