PLEASANT HILL, Ill. — The Pike County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched at 6:13 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26, to a threat complaint in Pleasant Hill. After an investigation, Gary L. Segebart, 41, of Pleasant Hill, Illinois was arrested on a charge of obstructing justice.
