HANNIBAL, Mo. — A Hannibal man is in the Marion County Jail facing charges of stalking and resisting arrest. Two warrants were issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion on Wednesday, charging James W. Pitney, 56. The warrants were a result of an incident which occurred Tuesday on Palmyra Road.
