LaHARPE, Ill. — Two LaHarpe residents were arrested Tuesday, Sept. 12 and charged with theft, a class 3 felony.  Dollar General regional management contacted the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday to report employees who had stolen felony amounts from the store.
