Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute

QUINCY — The Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce (QACC) Leadership Institute, presented by TI-TRUST, recently had a graduation ceremony for its second-year class during a breakfast at the Oakley-Lindsay Center.
