PITTSFIELD, Ill. — Deputies with the Pike County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop at 7:57 p.m. April 30 on West Washington Street in Pittsfield. After an investigation, the driver, Ryan M. Hill, 40, of Nebo was arrested on the following offenses: Hill was lodged in the Pike County Jail.
