QUINCY — Ursa Willing Workers 4-H Club, the sponsoring group for the 2022 Wreaths Across America ceremony, have announced the ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 at Quincy National Cemetery, 3701 Maine.
