Back in the saddle again: Quincy man arrested, allegedly with genitals exposed near horses
QUINCY: Jack R. Blanke, who was given probation earlier this month after being caught in mid-coitus with a horse by Adams County Sheriff’s deputies is back in the Adams County Jail.
At about 1 a.m. Sunday, deputies were dispatched to 5505 North Bottom Road regarding a suspicious person who had been captured on surveillance cameras near a horse barn.
Upon arrival, deputies canvased the pasture where they located Jack R. Blanke, allegedly, standing near two horses with his genitals exposed. Blanke was subsequently taken into custody for Criminal Trespass to Real Property and was lodged in the Adams County Jail.
Blanke was arrested on April 28 for having sex with a horse He pled guilty of criminal damage to property as part of a plea deal. Charges for unlawful sexual contact with an animal and criminal trespassing were dropped as part of the agreement.
As part of the probation sentence, Blanke was required to have a mental health evaluation. The records from that evaluation will determine his treatment.
He will be in Adams County Circuit Court Monday morning.
