Congresswoman Miller disagrees with Biden economic policy, agrees with Kinzinger censure suggestion

Miller also said she would have one of her 15th District offices in Quincy. The last member of Congress to have an office in Quincy was Dick Durbin when he was a representative. His Quincy office closed in 1990 after redistricting and Quincy was represented by the late Lane Evans of Rock Island.
