Man shot twice during disturbance at Ninth and Elm Saturday morning

QUINCY — The Quincy Police Department received a report at 11:40 a.m. Saturday, July 1, of a disturbance in the area of Ninth and Elm, followed by a report of shots fired. 

Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male with two gun shot wounds. He was transported to Blessing Hospital by ambulance. Evidence was collected from the scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
