Police chief delivers surprises to people throughout city as part of Project Christmas Cheer

Adam Yates, chief of the Quincy Police Department, drove around Quincy to give away gift cards to unsuspecting people as part of the department’s annual Operation Christmas Cheer promotion on Wednesday, Nov. 20. The cards were donated by Stifel and Niemann’s.
