Quincy mayor delivers State of the City address to Exchange Club

Quincy Mayor Mike Troup gave his annual State of the City speech that lasted about 20 minutes on Friday, March 10 to members of the Quincy Exchange Club at the Elks Club, then took questions from the audience for another 20 minutes.
